- This program includes a once a month Training Program upload onto TrainingPeaks.
- A 30min feedback and analysis session, held once a month.
Cost: R795 P/M
Level 2 Training Program
Level 1 Training Program

- Bi-monthly upload of a Training Program onto TrainingPeaks.
- TrainingPeaks Premium account included.
- Bi- Monthly athlete initiated feedback session.
- Once a month 60min Strategy session.
- Once a month athlete initiated skills development ride.
Cost: R1500 P/M
Level 3 Training program
Level 3 Training program
Level 3 Training program
- Once a week Training Program upload with daily insights onto TrainingPeaks.
- TrainingPeaks Premium account included.
- Once a week athlete initiated Feedback session.
- Once a week Strategy session.
- Bi-Monthly athlete initiated Skills development ride (can be substituted for race day support for one of these sessions).
Cost: R2500 P/M
Level 4 Training Program
Level 3 Training program
Level 3 Training program
- Once a week Training Program upload with daily insights onto TrainingPeaks.
- Daily feedback on training and changes as necessary.
- TrainingPeaks Premium account included
- Once a week athlete initiated Feedback session.
- Unlimited communication.
- Bi-Monthly athlete initiated skills development ride.
- Race day support at 1 event per month.
